How to Store Pumpkins

Pumpkins can last from 4 to 5 weeks if placed in an ideal environment and stored properly.

DO:

• Place paper or straw underneath before setting down the pumpkin.

• Keep in a dry, cool place. The ideal temperature is between 20-25 degrees Celsius (perfectly at 10-15 degrees).

• Use a dry cloth to wipe the surface of the pumpkin.

DO NOT:

• Place in damp areas or direct sunlight.

• Wash or wipe the pumpkin with water.

• Handle roughly, as this may cause cracks or breaks.
